Robert Sowah Addo says he is waiting for the opportunity to state his claim in the team.

The former Pure Joy defender is yet to taste league action since joining Hearts in the off season despite being on the bench for half of the games played so far.

Addo was back on the bench in the 4-2 win over Bechem United last Wednesday and he reveals his aim to be in the team soon.

"I have not been involved in the league so far though I have been on the bench for a number of games," the young defender told

"I am working really hard and I am learning from my big guys. Vincent Atingah, Inusah Musah, Richard Akrofi, and Robin Gnagne are all ahead of me in the pecking order but it does not mean I am not working hard to be part of coach’s plans.

"I am working and I want to be involved but for now, I am learning from my senior colleagues and when my time comes, I will take it with both hands.”
