MATCH PREVIEW: WA ALLSTARS vs. HEARTS

TEAM NEWS: Samudeen Ibrahim returns after serving a one game ban for accumulation of yellow cards.

Vincent Atingah Adae is on national duty with the Black Stars and once again misses out.

Richard Yamoah has been named in the squad and he's in contention for a first start since February 2016.

MATCH PREVIEW: Accra Hearts of Oak will play as guests of Wa AllStars in the match-day 27 day of the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League at the Wa Malik Jabir Park on Wednesday, 4th October 2017.

The Phobians will aim to record their second win over Allstars in four days having beaten the Upper West 2-1 in the semi-finals of the FA CUP and will hope to complete the league double as well over the Wa based side having won 2-1 in the first round.

Coach Frank Nuttall's side are in a fine run of form having reached the final of the FA CUP for the first time in 17 years last Sunday. The morale is high within the playing body and they will be hoping to build on it with another victory over AllStars.

Hearts have not had much joy on their travels to the Upper West in recent times. Mahatma Otoo led the Phobians to their only league win in this region in the 2011/12 season.

Team Hearts have had four different scorers against AllStars this season and each of them would be seeking to stand in the foot of Otoo to help us secure an elusive victory at the Wa Malik Jabir Park on Wednesday.
